Communication in light of legal proceedings
We accept and respond to all complaints received directly from local residents, but we no longer directly respond to complaints received via any other third party that is promoting legal action against us.
Because some residents have chosen to commence a civil action against us, and in keeping with normal legal practices, we will no longer engage in detailed discussions with individuals who are carrying out legal action against us, or their representative organisations.
All questions and requests for information from residents (or their representative organisation) involved in the civil proceedings against Thames Water, should be directed through those parties' solicitors.
