The Thames Water CCG is keen to publish our minutes, but we recognise that it may be helpful to provide some further context each month which explains what the CCG is looking at and what stage of the price control process we have reached.

One task the CCG has is to review Thames Water's progress against its commitments. We review these on a quarterly basis and Thames Water's experts and senior management explain how they are performing and what they are doing to tackle areas where things are not going so well.

We hear from Thames Water on a monthly basis about how they are listening to customers, what customer research is being undertaken, and how they are building that learning into their future plans.

We also review Thames Water's communications with customers.
