Our patch covers the whole of the Thames valley and you could be based at any of our sites with this area. You’ll find out before your start date where you will be based but we ask for all of our graduates to be flexible on their location throughout the programme.

Yes. We will not be able to sponsor you to achieve this.

For our general leadership programme, we accept all degree disciplines.

For our specialist programmes we require a relevant degree and you should be on track or have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 to be considered.

Yes, up to a set amount. Please contact us for more information.

We do not require a 2:1 in your undergraduate degree to be able to apply, we will accept a 2:2 and above.

We do not specify a set closing date, but will close on a rolling basis once we have had sufficient successful applications.

This varies, however we open for recruitment in October and will hold assessment centres in December and the early part of the following year, therefore the process should be completed quite quickly.
