Our Swindon and Reading service centres offer a fun, fast paced environment where you’ll be working with like-minded people looking to make a difference to our customers. You’ll aim to deliver a great customer service at the first point of contact, using a wide range of channels such as phone, email  or social media. You’ll take ownership of their issue, looking to fully understand their query and identify the best solution to resolve it first time.

We’re really open-minded about your past roles and experience. Ideally you’ll be highly motivated with a positive approach. Experience in dealing with high volumes of calls would be a bonus, as would experience of writing to customers, but this is not essential - it’s all about having the right attitude for us.

Our Team Leaders are born to lead. They can naturally inspire, develop and manage a team to deliver great customer outcomes. 

You’ll focus on improving individual and team performance, through impactful coaching, management, and monitoring activities. Both our Swindon and Reading based service centres are fun, fast paced environments where you’ll be working with like-minded people who really want to make a difference for our customers and help others to develop and grow their careers.

We always aim to get things right first time, our expert customer relations teams are there to capture and resolve any escalated queries that occasionally come up. You’ll use your natural empathy and professionalism to build rapport with our customers and closely manage each case through to resolution. You’ll also provide an essential source of feedback to support us in continually improving the way we do things.
