We are continuing to complete our work at Lavender Avenue. Our extended programme of disinfection and flushing is necessary to ensure that we put the highest quality water into the network and is likely to take until next weekend.
Further work to nearby hydrants on Steers Mead and Mortimer Road in CR4 is required as well as some in other surrounding roads.
In the meantime, we continue our works to reinstate the junction at Lavender Avenue and hope to have completed these works by early next week.
All customers should continue to have their water supply as normal following the rerouting of our network in the CR4 and SW16 areas, although you may experience short durations of lower pressure than normal during times of high demand.
We apologise for the time taken to complete our work in the area, however it is still proving to be an extremely complex activity. We are sorry for the disruption caused.
