Our customer assistance fund can help if you are struggling to pay your water bill and may be behind on previous bills.

We've recently partnered with Auriga Services, a not-for-profit debt advice provider, to help our customers manage payments for their water bill.

Applying to the Customer Assistance Fund

You'll need to share information about your income and outgoings, so please have this ready before starting your application.

The fastest way to apply is to complete an online application on their website, here.

Thames Water Trust Fund

You can also apply for a grant from the independent Thames Water Trust Fund, to help towards the cost of an essential household item or other needs, by filling in the section on the same application form.
